Supporting mission-led organisations to think well, listen deeply and act wisely.
Goodmakers Society works alongside leaders and pioneers from faith-based and community organisations. We support strategic thinking, collaboration and change for the common good. We bring clarity and thoughtful facilitation. We offer practical support in complex situations. We work where capacity is stretched and relationships matter.
Trusted by values-led organisations navigating change
Catherine Pearson founded Goodmakers Society out of a long-standing conviction that faith and enterprise, held together well, can be genuinely transformative.
She launched Clean for Good and Made in Marylebone, and has taught missional entrepreneurship with Church Mission Society for ten years. That experience shapes everything about how this work is done.
Our work includes long-term strategic and facilitation support.
We partner with charities, social enterprises, faith-based organisations in the UK and US. Clients include the Diocese of Gloucester, Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and Leprosy Mission.
Big Ideas, Real Impact.
We help people discern what is emerging. We support the building of trust across boundaries. We help teams move forwards with integrity.
