I’m Catherine Pearson, a creative problem-solver, change specialist and facilitator with over twenty years of experience.
I am an experienced consultant and project manager with an excellent track record of guiding organisations through change and transformational journeys. My passion lies in empowering others to adapt, and thrive in an ever-changing social and economic landscape. I work with value-orientated (often faith-based) organisations.
Change Strategy: My strategic insights help organisations anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities.
Change Implementation: I have a proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives from inception to execution. I excel in creating roadmaps, mobilising teams, and ensuring a seamless transition.
Stakeholder Engagement: I excel in promoting collaboration, ensuring buy-in, and creating and implementing strategic communication plans.
I hold a degree in Business and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University and am currently studying for a Masters’ degree in Theology, Imagination and Culture at Sarum College, Salisbury. These fields of study combine my passions and as I ask of myself and others, “how can the intersection of faith and business bring lasting transformation to both sectors?”
